Though it can be a year round destination but the perfect time, considered to visit Ramgarh is in Winter season and Monsoon season

The weather of Rajasthan during winter between October to March is the most beautiful and idyllic, when the desert sun is not so intense and the days are cool and pleasant throughout the day, which is the perfect time to visit all the heritage sites like havelies,(cenotaph) chatris, temples, fort etc. The winter evenings with the nights being bearably cold, present an ideal opportunity to set bonfires and listen to the tales and folk music of the land and enjoy the hot local cuisines. You should prefer to visit Ramgarh in this season due to suitable climate and in addition, most of the prominent fairs and festivals likes Dashara, light full Diwali, Makar sankranti, Khatu shyam baba mela, Colourful Holi, Gangaur and Salasar Balaji Mela takes place in these months which means one can have added entertainment.

You can also visit Ramgarh in the months of July to October when the monsoons humidify the sandy land and beautiful Peacocks can be seen dancing with a pleasant mood, which presents a breath taking view of Ramgarh. In this season you can also enjoy traditional festival Teej and fairs like Ganesh Chaturthi (chok channi), Gogaji Mela and Ramdevji Mela.
