On Vikram Samvat 1947,this founded by King Shree Shree Madosingh ji by granting Rs 2100 and a land measure by 100 by 100 haath which cost was Rs 2000.also gave 3000 bigha land for grass plantation. Not only the king but the Seths also give donation to this, Seth Anantram ji Poddar donate Dharamshala and Bhagaci, Seth Gurushai Ghanshyam das donate a land which cost was Rs 2000, Seth Harmukhrai Gopiram Ruia donate his half home of Ramganj Mandi, Seth Gograj Ruia donate a land, and all the community contributed Rs 16801, and donated to Gau Shala. This is one of the oldest Gaushala in the region and completed their 120 years.
